Whether you are looking to unwind after a long work day or looking for a relaxing way to start your weekend, come join us at River District Centre for a Hatha yoga class. Hatha is the classical form of yoga postures and breathing that revitalizes the body mentally and physically. It is an uplifting practice that improves flexibility and concentration as well as increases muscle tone and detoxifies the vital organs. And if you work up an appetite, you can treat yourself to brunch at Romers.
